Nayzk Installatietechniek respects your privacy and processes your personal data carefully in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). This privacy policy explains what data we collect, why, how long we retain it, and what rights you have.
1. Who are we?
Nayzk Installatietechniek is a sole trader specialising in residential, utility and renovation projects in the Netherlands.

2. What data do we collect?
2.1 Contact form & quote request
When you fill in our contact form or request a quote, we collect: name, email address, phone number (optional) and your message / project description.
Purpose: Processing and responding to your enquiry.
Legal basis: Performance of a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)) or legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).
2.2 Reviews
When we invite you to leave a review, we collect your name, company name (optional), star rating and review text. Reviews may be published on the website.
Purpose: Displaying customer reviews on our website.
Legal basis: Consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)) — by submitting the review form you consent to publication.
2.3 Quotes and invoices
To prepare, send and administer quotes and invoices we process name, company, address, email and phone.
Legal basis: Performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)) and legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)) — Dutch tax law requires a 7-year retention period.
2.4 Website analytics
Only if you consent to analytical cookies do we anonymously measure which pages you visit and how long you stay. We store an anonymous session ID, the visited path and visit duration. We do not permanently store IP addresses.
Legal basis: Consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) via the cookie banner.
3. How long do we retain your data?

4. Third parties
We never sell your data. We use:
- Email provider — for sending messages, quotes and invoices.
- Google reCAPTCHA v3 — for spam protection. Google processes technical data (IP address, browser info). See Google's privacy policy.
- Hosting provider — our website is hosted on servers in the EU.
